    I didn’t like the smell at all but it did make my hands feel soft.

    Sorry but to be honest, it hasn’t been a good start. I really don’t like the smell of it and my customers don’t either. I haven’t sold a single jar and my customer feedback has been “it smells like a lake”, “it smells like dead insects”

    Elisha thank you again for your feedback. Our target market is tradies and our research with them overwhelmingly told us a slight Cedarwood fragrance was their top choice. The 'dead insect' and 'smells like a lake' would be the earthy undertones of this essential oil. As discussed, It probably wasn't the right fit for your artisan soap and candle store so of course, I'll refund your order.
